Heartbeats⚓︎
The Heartbeats page is located under Analytics and contains an overview over the Heartbeats of your fleet units. Heartbeats are periodically generated collections of information that each CloudBoxx sends to the CloudBoxx server. A heartbeat is generated every 15 minutes and contains connectivity information like provider and signal strength.
Heartbeat Viewer⚓︎
The Heartbeats Viewer contains current information on heartbeats on the right. On the left, you can select a date to see historical data and filter your fleet units by tags. The green number indicates how many fleet units are regularly sending heartbeats while the red number shows the number of telematics units not sending heartbeats.
For more information on a single fleet unit, you can select it from the list in the center. On the right, you can then view more detailed information for that specific telematics unit. Additionally, you can select a single heartbeat for any telematics unit by selecting one of the colored dots in the center. The information for that specific heartbeat is then shown on the right.
