What app should I use for authentication?

The app needs to support the TOTP algorithm. We recommend you use either Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. You can also use other trustworthy authenticator apps supporting the TOTP alogrithm.

What can I do if I lose access to my authentication method?

If you lose access to your email address or authenticator app, contact the INVERS support. After verifying your identity, we will reset your multi-factor authentication method, so you can set it up again.

I have selected the option to skip multi-factor authentication setup. How can I set it up anyways?

After you have clicked Skip for now, we will not ask you to setup multi-factor authentication again for 14 days. Wait until you are prompted to set it up again and follow the steps on screen or in the manual to begin using multi-factor authentication.
