Troubleshooting for the Events view in FleetControl.

What Can I Do If I Am Experiencing Delays Or Lags?⚓︎

Use case: “Resolve slow loading times when viewing large numbers of events or trips.”

Delays are often caused by loading too many events or trips at once. To improve performance:

  1. Reduce the selected time frame.
  2. Filter for a specific event reason using the options in Events.
  3. If delays persist, try accessing FleetControl in a different browser.
