Why are there no telematics units available for configuration on my home screen?⚓︎
Verify that you have the required permissions to access telematics units and vehicles. If not, ask your fleet admin to grant access.

What if I can’t find a vehicle using the search bar?⚓︎
Make sure you’re using the search bar on the home screen, not one in a submenu. If the vehicle still doesn’t appear, try searching by telematics unit ID, license plate, or VIN. If you’re still unable to find it, verify that you have the required permissions and contact support.

What if the cellular connection fails during installation?⚓︎
Install in locations with strong network coverage. Avoid underground garages and other low-signal areas. If the connection fails, move the vehicle to an open area and try again.
