Introducing FleetControl 2.0: New Design, Enhanced Performance and User Experience⚓︎

We are thrilled to announce the start of the beta phase of FleetControl 2.0, a significant upgrade driven by our commitment to delivering a more refined and user-friendly experience for you.

You are among the first users to use the new FleetControl, and we are very excited to hear your feedback during this beta phase so that we can fine-tune FleetControl 2.0 to meet your needs.

Why FleetControl 2.0?⚓︎

FleetControl is a powerful tool that lets you monitor your fleet and take action, but we identified areas for improvement. The previous version presented challenges, such as cluttered interfaces, overwhelming information, and an outdated design that made navigation difficult for new users. In addition, it was sometimes challenging to find important information in the system.

What’s New in FleetControl 2.0?⚓︎

A fresh look and enhanced features are what make FleetControl 2.0 stand out. Users can expect improved performance, a smoother operation of the Events page, and a more streamlined and intuitive user experience. Now, the focus is on presenting essential information clearly and concisely and making sure that relevant data is highlighted well.

Notable Improvements⚓︎

  • Installer Jobs: Reduce installation costs and ensure your vehicles are configured properly with our new Installer Jobs feature. Preselect your desired vehicle configuration in FleetControl even before a CloudBoxx is installed. The installer then only needs to connect the CloudBoxx to the vehicle, and the selected vehicle model and feature configurations will automatically be applied.
  • Export of Events and Trackings: You can now export event and tracking data directly from the Events page in FleetControl to share data with authorities, or other stakeholders.
  • Radius Search: This search function allows you to look up vehicles that were present at a particular location at a particular point in time.
  • Filter for vehicle configurations: Use the Vehicles table to filter for all vehicles with a specific feature configuration. It is very easy now to identify vehicles that are missing your desired Tracking or Driving Analysis configurations, for example.
  • Enhanced Security Features: Password resets have been simplified, and two-step verification methods can be managed now.
  • Even more exciting features and an overview of what’s to come: Take a look at this list.
