Switching from CloudBoxx API?

If you currently use CloudBoxx API credentials or QR codes to access SmartControl, you need to switch to INVERS Login. See our Switch to INVERS Login guide for complete instructions.

Getting Access to SmartControl

If You Already Have FleetControl Access

Your FleetControl credentials are your INVERS Login. Simply:

1. Verify two-step verification is set up (required).
2. Log in to SmartControl with your FleetControl credentials.

If You Don’t Have FleetControl Access

Contact your fleet administrator to:

1. Invite you as a user.
2. Assign permissions based on your work:

For viewing vehicle data only:

• Vehicles (Read Only) - Required minimum to use SmartControl.

For installation and configuration work:

• Vehicles (Read Only) - Required minimum.
• Vehicle Lifecycle - Add, configure, and archive vehicles and CloudBoxx.
• Vehicle Configuration - Adjust vehicle and CloudBoxx settings.
• Vehicle Commands - Test commands to verify setup.
• Vehicle Offline Access - Grant offline access to vehicles via Bluetooth.

Tip

Your administrator can use the Vehicle Maintenance permission preset for installation and configuration work.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

All INVERS Login accounts require two-step verification (MFA). When logging in, you must provide a second factor (code from your phone or authenticator app) in addition to your password.

Select Fleet

If you have access to multiple fleets, choose the one you want to work in. You can switch fleets anytime by selecting Select fleet from the menu (three dots) in the top right corner.
