Two-Step Verification (Multi-Factor Authentication)⚓︎

Two-step verification—sometimes called two-factor or multi-factor authentication (MFA)—adds an extra layer of protection to your FleetControl account. Alongside your password, you enter a time-sensitive one-time password (OTP) generated by email or an authenticator app, keeping your fleet data safe from unauthorized access.

MFA Becomes Mandatory⚓︎

Action Required

Starting mid-August 2025, two-step verification / MFA will be required for all INVERS Login users.
Enable MFA now to avoid service interruptions.

Two-step verification, also called multifactor authentication (MFA), adds an essential security layer to your INVERS Login. When you log in, you’ll need both your password and a time-sensitive one-time password (OTP). This OTP comes from either your email or an authenticator app.

This process prevents unauthorized access and protects your fleet data. We recommend all users activate two-step verification immediately, especially those with access to sensitive information or administrative permissions.

How It Works⚓︎

  1. Sign in with your email and password.
  2. Receive an OTP via email or an authenticator app.
  3. Enter the OTP to confirm your identity.
  4. Access granted—you’re securely logged in.

Set Up MFA⚓︎

  • Go to My Profile in the header.
  • Select Security.
