Installation & Maintenance
Installation & Maintenance is a job-based workflow for managing CloudBoxx installations and vehicle maintenance. Mobility providers create Installation Jobs and Maintenance Jobs and assign them to a service partner. Technicians working for the service partner receive temporary, job-specific access to the vehicles they need to work on.
Instead of sharing API tokens that grant access to an entire fleet, you create jobs for specific vehicles and let access expire automatically when the job is done.

For Mobility Providers⚓︎
A mobility provider offers vehicles for rental or sharing.
- Create and assign Installation Jobs and Maintenance Jobs.
- Bulk Import: Upload CSV files to create up to 1,000 jobs per file.
- Invite and manage service partners.
- Set job specifications and review technician comments.
- Grant access only to the vehicles a service partner needs to work on.
- Monitor job progress in FleetControl. Access ends automatically when a job completes.

For Service Partners and Teams⚓︎
A service partner can be a group, team, or an individual working with a mobility provider for hardware installations or maintenance jobs. Service partners can be external contractors or an internal team of a mobility provider.
- Log in to the service partner portal at servicepartners.invers.com.
- Accept fleet connections from mobility providers.
- Add and manage technicians.
For Technicians⚓︎
Technicians complete Installation Jobs and Maintenance Jobs via the SmartControl mobile app — not through FleetControl or the service partner portal.
- View assigned jobs and job specifications.
- Guided CloudBoxx setup, configuration, and testing.
- Apply firmware updates.
- Submit feedback on job completion.
