Generate Hardware Order List – Best for vehicle-specific installations
Automatically generates the exact hardware list for your vehicle model. Perfect for bulk installations or fleet expansion with known vehicle models.

Manual Order – Best for flexibility
Send your order details by email. Ideal for single items, additional accessories, or orders across multiple vehicle models.

Generate Hardware Order List⚓︎

Use FleetControl’s Required Hardware feature to generate a complete hardware list for specific vehicle models. This ensures you order the correct components for your installations.

When to use this method:

  • Installing CloudBoxx in specific vehicle models
  • Bulk orders for the same vehicle model
  • Fleet expansion with known vehicle types
  • Ensuring correct parts for CAN or OBD installations

Prerequisites:

Steps⚓︎

  1. Generate the order list

    • In FleetControl, go to Fleet → Vehicle Models.
    • Find your vehicle model in the list.
    • Select Required Hardware.
    • Set your installation parameters:
      • Installation Variant (CAN or OBD)
      • Central Lock Type
    • Add any optional accessories you need.
    • Select Copy to copy the complete order list.

  2. Prepare your order email

    Start a new email to order@invers.com and paste the hardware list. Add:

    • Quantity needed (the list shows what’s required per vehicle)
    • Your fleet name and Fleet ID
    • Complete shipping address
    • Any special requests or delivery instructions

  3. Send your order

    Review the details and send your email. Our team will confirm your order and estimated delivery time.

Example Order Email: 

Subject: Hardware Order for Fleet X

Hello INVERS Team,

Please send the following items for 10 vehicles:

[Pasted hardware list from FleetControl]
Quantity: 10x complete sets

Fleet: CarShare Berlin (ID: A1B2C3)

Manual Order⚓︎

Send your order details directly by email when you need individual items or have a custom configuration.

When to use this method:

  • Ordering single items or accessories
  • Additional hardware for existing installations
  • Custom or non-standard configurations

Steps⚓︎

  1. Prepare your order details

    Collect this information:

    • Hardware and accessories needed (with part numbers if known)
    • Fleet name and Fleet ID (for each item if ordering for multiple fleets)
    • Complete shipping address
    • Special requests or delivery preferences

  2. Send your order

    Email your order to order@invers.com with all details listed clearly.

Please send the following items:

10x CloudBoxx (Fleet X, ID: A1B2C3)

  • Standard Shipping: Orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.
